   I am sorry to say this has been the worst culinary experience in my life. The food was extremely spicy, with very little flavour, just very very hot. I can have a spoon of gochujang straight from the pot and taste the flavour, so it is not that I am not used to spicy food. We have paid £40 for very hot tasteless soup. We could have been warned of how hot this soup beforehand to be fair. The selection of drinks is very limited, with no alcoholic drinks on the list and not a very attractive non alcoholic drinks either for my taste. While the waiter was informative I found him a bit patronising, I don't mind being told that adding a lot of engredients could overfill the soup bowl and that is an issue, but not to be told that I do not understand what he's trying to explain like am an idiot, that I do not like. This in not for me, but by all means do try yourself.

   Finally went back to our favourite Asian hot pot this weekend after a five month hiatus, and it did not disappoint! Delicious flavours, excellent service and even a dairy free-broth to suit our toddler with an allergy! In the colder months we often visit multiple times a month. Just wish there was air conditioning, so that we could continue enjoying hot pots all year round. It is cosier enough in the winter, when the restaurant is busy with multiple pots simmering away, but enduring the heat in the summer is just not an option! The staff are knowledgeable, warm and welcoming and every time we visit they always go the extra mile to put a smile on our little girls face!

   We found our new favorite Chinese hot pot spot in Bristol! It’s à la carte (not buffet), which we actually love, the menu isn’t overwhelming and everything is easy to order by scanning the QR code on the table. You order and pay online and the food comes out within minutes, ready to cook at your table. The soup base and sesame sauce were both so delicious! The service was excellent the staff were very friendly and helpful. We’re already planning to come back once a month!

   I had a great time. Spicy broth with good heat and every portion was a lot bigger than we expected so it's good value. Frog legs was my favourite and duck tongue was one of my friends favourite. Paid about £35 but we ordered so much and we got 1 hour and 45 mins in there.

   Absolutely LOVE this place. My friend and I come here whenever we want to celebrate something because the food is so worth the money. Definitely recommend the Tomato Hot Pot or the Two Flavour Hot Pot. You get so much food for the value and it’s great fun. The service is really good and the owner is such a nice guy. Always a pleasure to go there.

   Great service and food quality - book if you don't want to be disappointed. Also, trust the recommendations that you're given :) The selection of food was phenomenal, really fresh and delicious ingredients. My favourites were the black fungus, prawn balls, squid tentacles, tofu... basically all of it! The server came around to check in on us a couple of times, making recommendations, and was so so helpful and polite. Being on a rare weekend away without our young children, it was a real treat to go and experience something that would be a definite no with them!

   A fun & social dining experience! Definitely worth trying at least once. Pick your broth, pick your heat/spice level ('Medium' is very spicy). Pick your raw ingredients on the app and they are brought to your table quickly for you to cook & enjoy. The selection of ingredients is varied enough and the prices are reasonable. It's the best Hot Pot in Bristol.

   Had a great time! Server was very helpful with the whole process and the food was very tasty/ spicy. (stick to their advice, I asked for spicy but they recommended to stick with how it was as they could add spice…safe to say we didn’t need to add any! Was very spicy but delicious). Great Experiance, will be back!

   Visited one Sunday early evening. Server was incredibly attentive and ensured we knew what to do. I had hotpot in Chengdu in 2005 and this was first authentic hotpot experience since and so lucky to have this in Bristol. Brought back amazing memories. Will definitely be going again. They are happy to dial up and down the spiciness so you enjoy the meal. As a point of feedback it would be great if they had an alcohol license or at least BYOB to help with the spicy food!
