My XC40 was picked up for me at 7:20am and dropped off after 5pm at my house. Saved me the bother of going to the garage. As always the garage kept in touch with what was happening. They use genuine parts and their prices are cheaper than the Volvo dealership. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
Top class service from start to finish. From booking the car in, a wee reminder courtesy text (always handy), kept up to date with everything about the service and MOT. Definitely recommend definitely will be getting all my Volvo servicing etc ( also a mini valet very nice indeed)
The guys at voltech are absolutely brilliant and I won't be going anywhere else if my xc60 needs anything First of all contacted them and it was john I spoke to (nicest person you will meet) He gave me a price for rear discs and pads for my xc60 he got me booked in as soon as they had space A couple of days later took the car to them they done the job and the car was returned to me a couple of hrs later Car all washed and a better service from voltech than lookers I would encourage anyone to go here than going to a main dealer Anything the main dealer can do voltech can do too at a much cheaper price My car is due to go back to them as I have a suspension fault on the dash my car is 2019 xc60 rdesign pro so it has the air suspension Voltech £80 to plug in and diagnose it lookers wanted £225 The best thing is its only 3 mile from my house to them so no having to go the motorway now to lookers I'm a very happy customer and I won't be going anywhere else if I need anything done Don't hesitate if you have a problem call them I think they have courtesy cars too Excellent garage and excellent service iv had from them
First class service. Car returned to me in immaculate condition. On the drive home after my car's service I felt like I was in a brand new car. Not exactly cheap but a useful saving on main dealer prices for a service that was every bit as good.
Used Voltech for the first time this week for an MOT on my 2022 XC40 Recharge twin, and to fit a new horn as I killed my angrily beeping at a blind Tesla driver! Selected Voltech on the basis of these reviews, and was not disappointed. Kept informed of the progress throughout the day, which I have NEVER experienced elsewhere. Staff were awesome, car was returned nice and clean and smelling sweet. Will return next year for the service/MOT. Keep up the great work.
Excellent, from booking the work in to picking up a clean freshly washed car. The diagnostic and subsequent repairs have been done to a very professional standard. Voltech only use Volvo OEM parts so I have peace of mind. Would definitely recommend.
Well, as someone who used to work in the service industry where customer service is everything, I can safely say that the team at Voltech are simply outstanding. From staying late and complying with tight deadlines to get my vehicle fixed; through to even cleaning, hoovering, washing and polishing my vehicle without request; the service is unmatched. Unmatched to the extent that I travel 200miles (ROUNDTRIP) to have my Volvo seen to by the team there. Prices are reasonable too!
Used Voltech for around 4 years now. Quite simply the BEST service centre ever. The work is thorough and first class. The staff are excellent, the place is spotless. You get your job done and you DON'T get ripped off. Excellent.
Friendly and professional service from the team at Voltech. Their Volvo specialist mechanics were able to quickly identify and resolve an issue that another garage hadn’t been able to get to the bottom of and got me back on the road. My only regret is that I haven’t found this garage sooner. I’ll only be using Voltech in future. It’s like dealership level of service without the excessive prices. Would highly recommend.
Totally impressed!! I've used Voltech for a number of years now and the more I go there, the more impressed I am! It's a very professionally run Independent Volvo garage with Volvo trained technicians and the service from the very professional staff is impeccable. The receptionist goes through the things requiring to be done in great detail and he will advise you of the best way forward. Once you leave the garage while the technician gets on with the work, you can be very confident that if there is anything else requiring attention, you get an early phone call of the "advisory" items and the projected cost. Once finished, the car is well valeted and you can be sure that you are returning to a nice clean and "safe" car. I will be back in a couple of months time when the car needs an MOT and major service.
