   The hidden gem in Bristol one of the best bao the meat feels fresh the services was quick. I really loved. I would love if they added delivery but I don’t mind to pay and pick up is what I do.

   The bao's were exceptional! Went twice in 2 of the 4 days I stayed in Bristol. Succulent pork belly, and the beef was braised to perfection! Also really good char siu!

   As it's easy to make a good Bao once, I've waited for a return visit to rate. They're not only great tasting but presented beautifully too. We had the duck and roast pork boa. Both were tasty with sauce and fillings. The outside seating is a good addition and well used during our visit.

   The bao buns and summer rolls are amazing, good quality and flavours. The best bao buns I have tried! Customer service however isn’t the greatest and if it is busy, you can be waiting for 20+ minutes

   I would like to give 0 star to this restaurant if I could. I have experienced a terrible customer service last time, when I found a hair in my milk tea. Absolutely unacceptable to have an experience like that. I had another experience before last time. I was ordering on the machine and I forgot to pick tapioca because that was the first time I used the machine. And when my drink was ready and the staff gave it to me, I asked why there were no tapioca, she answered that she has asked us whether we would like any toppings or not. And I was shocked about how she talked to us. The way she talked to us was terribly rude, also kind of teasing us. These two experiences were absolutely rubbish and they are the reason that I am not going to patronise it.

   The perfect example of bad customer service! When ordering I was very kind at all times; the only request I had was for my drink to have “2 Ice Cubes Only”. Please see the photos of what they served me with. When I kindly asked “is this 2 Ice Cubes?” Their response was “It’s less ice”. Honestly I don’t want to know what their normal portion of ice cubes is… 21? Want to be ignored and treated as trash? Make sure to pay them a visit.
