Always a great supermarket, with a very good selection of UK and international food (as UK supermarkets go). Car and bicycle parking. Easy wheelchair access. Slightly more expensive than Sainsbury's but quality worth it.
One really can't go wrong with Waitrose.. you have e to go in remembering; some things are more costly, some not. Some are competitive. But... I'd sat the quality is always high. This store is very well appointed and the staff are lovely.
Waitrose Morningside is one of the best spots in Edinburgh for high-quality produce and a great overall food selection. The fresh fruit and veg are consistently excellent, and the range of speciality items β from bakery goods to deli treats β always makes shopping here a pleasure. The rooftop parking is another big plus β easy to access and rarely too busy, which makes popping in much more convenient than at most city supermarkets. That said, the store could really benefit from a thorough clean. Some areas, especially the floors and shelves, are starting to look a bit tired and could use some attention. With a bit more care on the housekeeping front, it would easily be a five-star experience.
A lot of great food options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The lunch specials of sandwich, snack, drink are also very good. For those that care, the high protein chicken wraps will give you 20+G of protein.
Love this store. My kind of shop - park on roof, nip down steps. The store is small enough to get round quickly and find what you want, yet large enough to have everything you want. Top quality food, albeit pricey, excellent fruit and veg. Staff are fine, could be a bit more smiley but ok.
Excellent selection of food and bakery products, wine and spirits and beautifull bouquets of fresh flowers and plants. Very pleasant knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great range of prices. Good quality produce. Large range of organic products.
If you are have boring going to Tesco, Sainsbury, Lidl, Aldi then welcome to Waitrose :D this supermarket, have many products to offer. recommended
Don't use this Waitrose for click and collect car park pickup. Used them twice, waited once for 20 mins, second time for half a hour. What's the point? It's quicker to go in. Please sort this out, Waitrose.
Ordered wine and a bunch of flowers for a friend by way of thanking her for what sheβs done for me. Delivered at the time promised but flowers were an embarrassment. They were drooping. They were delivered on Saturday and she had to put them out on Monday. Very disappointing.
Not a customer service-oriented experience. Customer's time isn't valued and it is always a ridiculous Wait as advertised - not sure how the Rose factors in. I also feel terrible shopping here because everything is wrapped in unnecessary plastic. Would love to see Waitrose become an environmental leader and put a stop to it. Produce doesn't need to be wrapped in plastic. This would save them money as well.
