   Visited this store at about 12.45 on Sunday 23 Nov. I know it's only a few weeks before Christmas and I expected it to be busy. However the queues to get to a checkout were ridiculous. No staff members were coordinating the queues, several tills were closed including the dedicated scan only tills! I would have thought you would have as many tills open as possible at this time of year. I ended up taking my shopping to the customer service desk where I informed a member of staff that I didn't have time to join the long queues and then I left without my shopping. Guess I'll just have to go somewhere else!

   No fresh stock again. No chicken , limited meat and No cheese. No fresh fruit drinks nothing fresh at all. Staff said their fridges had all broken at tje same time which is why there was no stock. This seems to happen at least once a month. No signage outside the store or anything on there Web site. It's been like this for days.seems this store os going downhill rapidly. No consideration fro locals shopping here. Poor show Tesco.

   Has 1960's Eastern block vibe with empty shelves and poor quality 'fresh' fruit and veg. Literally no meat and cheese as if these are some sort of luxury items. Depressing and pathetic

   Very poor. Was in today Monday 26th May in Musselburgh. Store very busy and only 2 check outs open and large queues down aisles. The self service was also very busy but I do no not like using them as you are actually doing staff work on the items you purchase. Talked to a supervisor and was told it was because of lack of staff. For a company that makes billions of pounds profit, I take it you would rather pay dividends to shareholders rather having enough staff in your stores. A very poor experience.

   I recently stopped by Tesco's Extra and was blown away by the selection and prices. But the real standout for me was the amazing deal on mini X-shot toy guns - only £2 each! I couldn't resist getting some for the fam (and maybe a couple for myself, shhh). But the best part was the self checkouts - no queue to be found, even during the busy festive period. I was in and out in no time, saving money and avoiding the stress of long lines. Overall, Tesco's Extra is a top-notch grocery store with great deals and efficient checkout options. I'll definitely be back for more mini X-shots and all my other shopping needs."
