   Witch off Uber tablet when shop is closed. Annoying customer and drivers wasting time going there . Some people of the stuff are just not that kind of work.

   Never any sandwiches on sale, and apparently completely unable to defrost cookie dough and then cook it correctly. Edit: Another day, still no sandwiches on sale by 11 am....

   Normally decent stocked but expensive as you would expect from a local shop. Very poor selection of fresh produce, especially fruit and veg, at the weekend and never any decent flowers. Never enough staff.

   I'm generally full of praise for this store but not today! 3 staff (2 men, 1 woman) all engrossed in restocking shelves which is fair enough but no-one was paying any notice to the queue at checkout. Eventually (after I beckoned her), the woman came over by which time the person in front of me had dumped his goods in disgust on the counter and left. When I drew her attention to this (I was next and had a basket) she insisted on returning his goods leaving me standing. It was only then another customer told me she had returned to sticking shelves! I had to call her again! This isn't ideal ....... Furthermore the QR notice at the counter is ripped, making it useless. As I said this store is usually good but today I was left bemused. Please pay more attention to the manned checkout, not too much to ask. Thank you

   I’ve been shopping here for the last few years, but now, during the lockdown, I’m so very grateful for staff like Alix who go way beyond the so-called extra mile to assist, help and support customers, especially when we’re being forced to be socially / physically isolated from each other. This is our local shop, and I hope that management will encourage other staff to be equally welcoming and friendly, otherwise we all may as well go to Scotmid instead, and pay less.

   I shop in this store too much as it's very close to where I live! It's great for the 'Oh I've run out of milk ' situations or fancy a wee bar of chocolate?' All the staff are lovely and can't be more helpful. I'm sure that's why I'm there so much!
