   Yesterday 10 minutes before store closing time I purchased some food items and tobacco, I was in a hurry, so when I reached my home I discovered that I forgot my tobacco. I actually lost all my hopes to get it back, I called the store this morning and a very kind gentleman, said that he will look into cameras and will call me back. I had a call back in 10 minutes and my tobacco pouch was found and it was handed to me with a big smile. Thank you very much.

   Never thought I would post a review for a grocery store, but this one is truly awful! No check-out open, hopelessly malfunctioning automation, surly and miserable attendant. Yikes, what a mess. Go anywhere else, this place is a retail disaster.

   ***Check your receipt!!!*** The store manager tonight brazenly admitted the product I wanted to buy was being listed and priced as another, completely different and much more expensive item. I requested to pay the proper price but the manager then demanded that he could only sell me the item for the wrong product price because otherwise, it would supposedly affect his stock/sales report. He didn't admit how much of this product he already sold at the higher incorrect price and was completely unapologetic.

   Worst Mac&cheese ever taste less not even a hint of cheese and shredder chicken very dry not worth £5.15 . will never buy again from here .I normally buy from scotmid at moredun and it’s alway tasty and fresh .

   Horrible owners when it comes to parking. They charge people £100 if a customer exceeds their time in parking. they give you just an hour to do your shopping and if you run out, oh well, they are gonna send you a letter of your private parking ticket! And will pass you onto debt collectors if you don't pay it too. & they do the favour of giving you 2 weeks to pay and if you pay early they discount it to £60. WHAT A LOVELY MARKET..

   Busy car park, shop layout a bit confusing. But good selection of items. Waited a while to have restricted items approved on self scans, multiple older staff on the floor just walked by while I waited. A younger girl who just stepped onto the floor came over straight away to help. No manned tills were on, so only options were the kiosk or 3 self scans.

   Larger than expected a good free from section, nice covid layout. The post office counter is at the back right of the store friendly and efficient even when dealing with a huge queue. Only downer was no in person check outs.
