   Staff here are so unprofessional. There so rude have to wait about 20 mins to get served while there on there phone chatting and laughing to each other behind the till. Also the security gruad is so weird follows you about the shop try’s to grab you for no reason tackles you to the ground making people not being able to breathe when he doesn’t have the power to do this. If you aren’t stealing I’d advise anyone do not go to this shop!!!!

   The customer service is here is VILE, staff think that it is appropriate to try and intimidate customers and give dirty looks. Completely unprofessional behaviour! I’ve also seen a staff member pick their nose at the till very unhygienic

   super friendly staff who have so much patience for the woman in the wheelchair who does not seem to understand Evri is closed as there are too many parcels and room to store them, what is so difficult that she has to hold the queue for shoppers for 20 minutes complaining its because shes in a wheelchair that she pushes through the car park and only sits in it to come in to store to complain fgs stop ordering crap you are going to send back and give us all a break

   Store repeatedly turns away my Evri parcels that I have already paid to ship. They are contracted by Evri to provide this service but clearly just want to receive the money without doing the work. Funnily enough they have never quibbled with my 6ft husband about taking a parcel, but when I as a small woman in a wheelchair go in with a letter box size parcel, they are "too full" to take it, and tell me to come back later, as if my time is worth nothing, plus the obvious difficulty I face getting to the store. When I push back and ask to speak to a manager it does usually get taken but you shouldn't have to argue just to get someone to do their job. This lazy, grudging attitude really stinks.

   I went in yesterday looking for my diner I came back to release half of it was expired after I had it. I wasn't to bothered about it at the time but I got up this morning feeling sick. Yes am partly to blame for not checking the dates but some items were expired by a month and I just feel people should know.

   Dropped in today...no-one monitoring anything to do with the one way system, or social distancing. The only security guy was not there when I arrived, in the doorway when I left - it is no more than 4 feet from one side to the other and he shrugged when I stopped to allow him to move...didn't move! Whatever the good intentions of the usual staff this shop is NOT SAFE!

   Shop is medium sized, with very little in the way of electrical appliances. Also the door buzzer goes off about 50pc of the time I walk in or out, so much so I now know the security staff quite well, but it is very embarrassing to say the least.
