Rude staff bad and customer service really negative experience totally avoid 100% worst shop in edinburgh!!!
The best run store in Edinburgh by far. Always packed with workers, very fast service and amazing hot/cold food all day. There work ethic is always 100%. There hot chocolate and coffee machine is a masterpiece (best hot choc on the planet) . I have been a daily customer for a very long time. You must try this place if you havnt. Thanks guys
Beware using as a Evri ParcelShop as they gave my parcel to someone else and took zero responsibility when I spoke to them. I'm now being refused a refund or replacement order due to their inability to follow basic collection process and keep my parcel safe for me to collect.
Tried to order the evening news last night to get my daughter’s school photo on it. Called to say they sold out so I asked to cancel my order. They said that was ok , they would cancel it. Friendly guy turned up at the door two hours later holding two copies, which he had driven all round the place searching other shops looking for so that they could get it for me. Totally unexpected, and way over and above customer service. I couldn’t go out looking for one late at night with three small children. Use them fairly regularly and can’t fault them at all but last night was such a kind thing to do. Thank you so much! It meant a lot.
Gilmerton grocers is a wonderful shop. Ram the owner has offered deliveries for me as I’m disabled way before they done deliveries.when it was just him and his wife they were so kind and helpful. it is an Amazing community Shop he literally cares for all his customers. I’ve just ordered my brother-in-law 2 sliced sausage rolls and I had the macaroni and cheese which was delicious. Amazing value. Truly fantastic service their. well done guys you have done an amazing job.keep up the great work
Using customers numbers from Uber app to contact customers falsely accusing them of taking orders and not paying for it. Making them drive out and pay for it when the app cancelled the order, unprofessional, dodgy. Stole £5 off me too
I just love this place, now I need delivery as opposed to going out , the prices are great and more so the customer service is second to none. From a grateful customer from oxgangs I thank u!
Good service if you can't get into the shop because of disabled they will come to you
I pop into the shop with my 3 young kids, 2 of them which have additional support needs. The shop assistants went above and beyond to make my experience in shop lovely took time out to speak to my kids and even helped me with picking up some bits and bobs!! Will definitely be back such a lovely care atmosphere!!
Some of the staff are lovely but twice I've been in and had two very rube staff member because my 2years and 1years old does not wear a mask.
