Very expensive, doesn’t have much stuff despite full shelves -and staff are rude/ not interested. They seem to only be only interested in the people they know. I always go to the Tesco across the road instead
No call number works! Trying to call my local Scotmid and it rings once, then ends the call. Why put up numbers when you don't get to speak to anyone? Been overcharged by £2.50, by mistake. Can't go back, nor can I get in contact. Will I be believed?
Zero customer service skills. I was served by a George who must be extremely shy when serving customers as he was unable to speak to me. He just spoke to his co-worker the whole time I was at the till. Items also wrongly price marked. First and last time I'll be at this shop Tesco's is just accross the road
Visit this shop every Wednesday and every week is the same......staff very dour and shouting out names when there serving customer without a smile ...acaul quite scared to look at them!!
Excellent customer service.. My daughter works in a scotmid store so I expect the best from the shop and have never been disappointed..well done folks
