I was struggling to figure out the automatic till. The customer service employee was rude and aggressive for no reason. Would have given zero stars if it was possible. Absolutely pathetic
Some prices on shelf, don't match with the ones on the till. So you pay more of you dont look when you scan.
As Tesco express stores go this is fine, restricted range and pricier than the usual ones it's about 50/50 between convenience and being screwed and since I have the choice I seldom shop there, good but good enough? Maybe but that might be predicared around being bored and hungry at 22:45.

Shockingly bad customer service given to the lady Infront of me at the tills... And then also to myself... I was given attitude for asking what the cheapest tobacco was and then after my purchase the woman on the till practically threw my change at me... I will not be returning! There's no shortage of shops up town... Keep treating customers like that and see how much longer you stay open! Absolute discrace!
Friendly staff and a nice convenience store for grabbing some quick snacks at night.
The blonde girl with glasses let's the otherwise perfect team down,she's rude,how dare customers interrupt her phone time,no interaction just tuts and sighs ..huge complaint into head office from me.
We live just up the road and we frequent this tesco a lot! All of the staff I have spoken to are really nice and helpful. There’s one lady who is always lovely but have forgotten her name. They also sell 19 crimes in this store which is a plus. Keep it up, and thanks
Really convenient store. Great selection of food and vegetables. The hours are also very good as they open at 06:00 And close at midnight.The shop is very close to Haymarket tram station.Shelves well filled. Got everything on my list (and more) shop floor clean and tidy. Best of all easy too pay. They are open late at night and the staffs are friendly.they have the best pricing compared to all other supermarkets around the area. I highly recommend it. A great place to buy lunch without a huge expense.
