I had a babolat padel racquet which had a online price of £120.00 and in store was £192.00 the price wasn't on the handle when I picked it up. Identical racquet, the lady was really rude and just said well order it online and pick it up tomorrow. Made zero sense and would never use this sports direct again.

Anything football related, please go and find Riley. Riley was great, he advised me about n the best football boots to buy, so went ahead with his recommendation and grabbed the new Adidas Predators boots. Really felt valued and well taken care of. A definite 5 stars from me.

Autistic people cannot go into these shops! Loud music like most shops, but I had to get a bag desperately so I attempted. Instantly got hit by loud music. Even with ear plugs it's horrible, so I entered then the horrible noisy sound of radio. I was unable to approach member of staff to ask for help. I had to kinda shout from a distance to let them of the noise and how it effects me. He then turns it down. The bags are right at the back, that's just how it is unfortunately. So then I got to the back the lady at the back also had a noisy radio so I asked could u turn ur radio down she ignored me, I asked again and explained I am Austistic she ignored me I cud see the bags but cudnt think. I had to raise my voice she ignored me. I then started breaking down in tears then she finally turned it down. Then some guy guessing management asking her if she was OK like 6 times. Not me her! I had to explain to him. Who seemed understanding at that point I felt relieved and thanked them for finally listening but omg I cannot go into these stores! Had an worse experience in another sports direct stores! Horrible noise...

Absolutely shocking experience. My wife and I were discussing trainers with a very tall customer services male when we were interrupted by a very arrogant customer who wanted to be served straight away. I told the customer that we were here first in the shoe section. All we got was a mouthful of expletives from the customer with the Customer Services male doing nothing. Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid this store like the plague. Will never go back.

Worst costumer service experience, waited for so long for a size of shoes and no one turned up after checking up with 2 employees there. They just ignore customers. Left empty handed.

Sports direct customer service is awful. Deceitfulness after complaining about a purchase I did online. They cancelled the black Friday voucher they sent me after I complained or made a query about it. They said they cancelled voucher as I returned items. that I returned items even though I exchanged and didn't get the money back and exchanged after they cancelled the voucher almost like they predicted and saw into the future that I was going to exchange items. ...dont buy in their supposed vouchers as they try to get out of it. What was weird they issued it, I queried about cricket bag and then they cancel voucher before I go exchange some items as they didnt fit. Also they cancelled a football top with no reason. After chatting to some other people about this it's sad to say I have not heard good things about sports direct and won't be going into the store or buying online if I can help it. Pity. Some staff at Uxbridge and high Wycombe really nice and helpful. But guess they are cheap for reason as things don't last. The prints of numbers and footballers names letters come off after acceptance washes in gentle bag. Football socks get holes on top not at Toes. Cricket bag handle had a thread when it arrived only for my son to use it less than 10 times and it came out. He never carried it at handles. Wheeled it. We only lifted it into boot of car. Better to go to decathlon, JD sports etc. You pay for what you get at sports direct.

Great store for sports equipment and wearing. The prices that Sports direct offer are unmatched!

The rudest and most pathetic staff I have ever encountered. Went here earlier today to get my 3 year old some trainers and school shoes. Staff refused to help us measure his feet and when we asked if we could use their equipment to measure his feet ourselves they said no. They were horrible to other members of the public in our vincinity as well. Flippintly fobbing any question off to another colleague who blatently wasn't there, essentially trying to get rid of them. My son grew frustrated having to wait around and the staff even made rude remarks directed at a 3 year old boy. We will never ever buy anything from this shop again. Staffed by children with childish attitudes. Congratulations you've lost a customer.
