   Completely incompetent, placed an order for an item ahead of a trips to the alps. One week later and a day before I depart the item is not dispatched and will not arrive in time. No communication regarding any issues. Not good enough and the word “ Sorry “ I’m afraid is not good enough in this case.

   What a glorious shop! Alex was an absolute gem, super passionate and knew his stuff. I came ready to look around and scout out boots but they were soooo helpful, not pushy but genuinely love snowboarding. They were patient and totally happy to keep trying new boots and fits to get it right. Even my friend who came to look bought some ski boots- shout out to Jack who missed his lunch break for this!! So anything snow related- this is your shop and definitely worth the journey.
