   Horrible, unprofessional Asian staff. Incredibly lazy, and when they do do something, they expect everyone to get out of their way. At the self-checkout, they told all the customers to move away because they were polishing the floor. How can you interrupt a customer mid-payment? Complete lack of professionalism and terrible service. Lidl, please provide them basic training how to deal with client.

   Not sure how the staff get treated, but they are always in a bad mood and rude to everyone. No exceptions, I live in the area and I shop there often. It looks like they're doing the customer a favour. Compared to the Aldi in Cameron Toll, it's like night and day.

   One of the staff probably polish was extremely rude and unprofessional who was doing clossng yesterday. I was with children and he reminded me that if i don’t checkout then the staff is not going to attend me. Fair enough I understand closing time is 10 pm and I entered around 9:45 and i was aware I will make before 10. Management please provide personality development training to this staff. If someone who works for customer service doesn’t have customer service quality its better to dig something else.

   One of my favourite shops in Edinburgh. The staff are invariably friendly and helpful. I admit to being a bit of a Lidl tourist - I like to go to other venues, and have had good service in all of them, but Lidl’s at Craigmillar Shopping Centre go a little further when it comes to customer service.

   Staff here are lovely. It's our local and we ship here often. Tonight the kind gentleman who works at the self checkout saw my tired little girl asleep on my shoulder and very kindly offered, scanned and bagged my shopping. Lidl ;) things that make someone's day easier. Thank you sir. Have a wonderful Christmas to you and the Lidl team!

   This is one of Lidl's newer and more modern stores slightly outside the city centre. Thanks to its location, it has a parking lot, a stylish looking all-glass façade, and the store is very spacious, well illuminated, and has the in-store bakery, the "Middle of Lidl" section, and self-checkout counters supporting all major card and mobile payments. I like the stock variety, quality and prices of the products here. However, they often close the self-checkouts, and only opened one manned checkout, making customers queuing for longer than necessary.

   What does it take to get a second checkout opened?! Plenty staff about but self checkout isn’t an option when buying a bottle of wine. 20 mins so far standing at the same checkout. What are the other staff that I see in here actually doing other than wondering around?
