   I don’t live in the area but I messaged Deniz Supermarket on instagram querying if they had stock of a product I had on holiday which isn’t sold in the UK. Luckily they did and were able to post a few units to me. This was done yesterday and I have received my parcel today which I am absolutely thrilled about!! 10/10 customer service !!

   Hi, Yesterday I bought chicken from this shop. Disgusting smell while washing it. I thought only for one chicken. Just checked all other five chicken that also having same problem. Please never buy from this shop

   What a disgrace. Today 06/09/2019 at 13:30 I entered this shop, greeted the man and asked him to cut the watermelon for me so I can have half of it. While doing that I finished my shopping in the store and came back to pay. My bill was £29 which I was surprised so I asked for a bill with a breakdown. The man looked surprised and unhappy when I asked for the bill so I walked away checking the bill. Try to ask him for the bill (breakdown) I will see how to post it online later for people to see.The bill includes grocery and not the name of the item to confuse people and the phone number on the bill doesn’t belong for the store as I phoned the number and it belongs to a bakery in Edinburgh. Anyway I went back verifying with him as I saw on the bill (£8.70 grocery) which I didn’t understand for which item and he said that’s the watermelon it’s £1 per kilo. I said ok and I left to scale it at home and I found out that it’s 5.7 kilos which means he should have charged me £5.70 and not £8.70. The £3 won’t make me poor and won’t make you rich Sir but it is shameful to do this for the residents of Edinburgh and I’m writing my review for other people to see and avoid buying from you. I will see how to report you to the authorities. I have given a star to be able to post my review but you get nothing not even a star for your service. Thief

   It’s an extensive emporium of stuff, and I used to make a point of going in every time I came down to Leith, but frankly they seem to know they’re unique and care less and less about customer service every time I go, so I may not ever return. It’s a real mess these days too.
