   I had Elea helping out at our shop in lochgelly tonight and what a pleasure she is to work with. Elea did not stop from the start of her shift right up until the very end, she cleaned and tidied as she went aswell which was super helpful. Elea has excellent customer service and got stuck right in with the work load, she is a very tidy and organised worker & is willing to help customers with any issues they may have or questions that they have. Gold star for her she is a super worker & I am very glad I got to meet and work along side her tonight.

   Staff within the shop were brilliant, excellent customer service, bright and lovely staff. Management of the shop attended to all needs, was cheerful and appeared happy to be there. Couldn’t find a fault within the shop, was clean and easy to find everything I needed.

   What a lovely little store. The staff are excellent, friendly, helpful and empathetic to older customers like me. Saying that, they are also extremely patient and kind to youngsters who go into the store with their pocket money. Quite often, with not quite enough to pay for what they are wanting to buy. The staff help them to choose within their meagre budget and are never impatient with them. The store is well stocked and to be honest, I can get things I need in there, that are sometimes not available in bigger supermarkets. Morrisons instant coffee for example is a good price and there are often what I call loss leader events, whereby certain products are reduced in price to draw in custom. Fair enough, it works and I have never yet been persuaded to buy somethign that I dont need. The only thing that is perhaps negative, is the limited room at the check outs. I am aware that the store is really for nip in quickly, buy and out again, customers. I sometimes buy a whole weeks shopping when I am visiting family. This makes me feel a bit of a nuisance holding up other customers. Yet, again I have never been made to feel like I am not worth the staffs full attention and help. The car park outside can be a bit of a midden. If there are high winds, overflowing rubbish bins and so on can lead to a bit of a mess. I am unsure who is responsible for that and I am not complaining, maybe identify who is resposible and get them to empty the bins more often perhaps. Overall though, it is a good store and I am happy to recommend. I enjoy the banter with such frieindly staff and customers too are always cheerful and make me smile. Thank you all.
