   Absolutely crap! I went there coming all the way from Hertfordshire just to find out they don’t do cash! Once I fix up my card to make the purchase again, I was not allowed in as “they were only open to the people watching the game” even though it was 5:13 and didnt close until 5:30. Would highly recommend everyone to not come to this store. It will be a wast of time and money and I do not want anyone else to go through what I went through today!

   Ordered two items and paid the highest priced express shipping ie ships the first working day after the order for next day delivery. No items received, not even showing out for delivery. Should have come today but customer service asked I wait a further 4 days to see if it arrives before contacting them again. Hopeless when it's for a specific event and my child is doesn't have his much-anticipated replica kit. DO NOT TRUST THE DELIVERY TIMES.

   I recently ordered an England shirt for my nephew from here with “Smith, 10” on the back. When the shirt arrived it did not have the number on, just the name. When I spoke to customer service about this they said they could not help and would not accept any return. When I said that I would simply like the number put on (as paid for with name and number) they refused. I even offered to pay extra for the inconvenience of shipping and adding a number! In the end, I was transferred to another customer service employee, who was one of the most unhelpful and rude customer service employees I have encountered. I would not order from these again!

   Has everything you’d expect and more. If you’re staying at Marriott definitely drop by and buy a shirt. There’re 2 fitting rooms on the right as you enter and cashier on the left. Also the Stadium Tours start from here, also an atm machine just outside the entrance on the right.

   Absolutely appalling service. Trying to return an order (wrong item sent and xxl Christmas top that would fit a elf). Returns portal will not accept the order number, online chat isn't working and been on hold for 10mins with no sight of an actual person. And don't get me started on the 'handling' fee that got added to the online order.

   Customer service is very poor. I was told I could be waiting up to 6 months to receive my order as there was an issue with the customisation. I asked if it could be cancelled and they then agreed I would receive a refund. A couple of days later I get an email saying that it won't be cancelled and I won't get a refund with no reason as to why. Don't use this store!

   What a stadium, you can buy everything here. Food, pizza, pasties etc, drinks, both Alchol & soft drinks, hot drinks. The whole Stadium, (mainly English) rose to sing the national anthem, it just gives you shivers down your spine, 81,000 + and most of the rang Swing Low. If you have a problem with your ticket, they could not be more helpful. I rang to book disabled parking and the Lady I some to was called Sarah. She could not have been more helpful. Sarah asked what my seat numbers were, she said they were up on front row In 3rd tier & the steps were so steep, she booked me in disabled seating, no steps. Fantastic view, great seats Thanks to Sarah. Great ticket office Great staff.
