   Sigma Sports are my go-to bike shop for all gear, accessories and new bikes! Their knowledge and product range is second to none. My latest purchase has been an Enve Mog and Graeme Langhorne has been an absolute super star with the purchase of the frameset and the associated components. Very patient and very responsive. I’m quite a picky customer (what cyclists aren’t?!) and Graeme catered for that 100% of the time. His knowledge and advice was incredibly helpful throughout my first venture into gravel cycling. A great ambassador for Sigma Sports and cycling in general – cheers Graeme!

   It’s very easy to give both Sigma and Jonathon 5 stars. It’s great that shops such as Sigma still exist and are staffed by experts. From my initial visit, my bike fit the next day, and my collection a few weeks later the experience and communications far exceeded my expectations. There are possibly cheaper online stores but you can’t beat a visit to a proper bricks and mortar store staffed by experts. I’m been mountain biking for years and had no clue about road bikes hence my visit. I’d recommend without hesitation.

   Just walked out with a brand new Trek Domane SL6. Really good service and attention to detail with the bike setup from Dan at Sigma Sports Hampton Wick. If you’re getting a new bike I’d certainly recommend going into store rather than just getting it delivered. You have more peace of mind and can ask questions. Looking forward to the first ride on the new machine!

   Fantastic service from my first phone call to collection. Nothing was too much trouble for Will. He spent time over the phone answering my questions and giving me options and advice on purchasing a new road bike. I then took advantage of an instore consultation, which is a brilliant way of finding the right fit. After selecting a bike I decided to upgrade the wheels. Will's knowledge and expertise was again invaluable. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order ( including pictures ). On collection all aspects of the bike where explained and final fit adjustments made. Tea and coffee was a bonus! I highly recommend a visit to the store. Brilliant staff and customer service and great products. Thanks Sigma, and thanks Will.

   Excellent service. Sales assistants, Leon in particular, were super helpful and helped me to pick and assemble my bike upon arrival. There are always premium bikes like Yeti or SC on display. One of the best bike shops.

   What an amazing experience! Got a brand new road bike from Sigma Sports! Dan has been amazing with me, taking the time to explain to me how the bike works, to set it all up for me!
