Very lovely shop , very nice laddies there , nice selection for a wee store , store manager is very helpful and kind love coming over for my shopping
went in today to buy a couple items picked up a magazine for a cousin man behind the counter was very rude and judgemental with a comment of are you not abit old for this ? when told it was for a cousin his response was that of not believing me. to me this is rude and unacceptable he knows nothing about me to be making snap judgements.
Absolutely shocking customer service today. Their mistake not our made to feel it was our fault. Normally good service in there not today.
Just home from Musselburgh. Went into McColls to top-up my bus pass. The man behind the counter was on the phone but just continued his conversation even though there was a queue. He told the person he was chatting to that he had a queue but still continued chatting. There was no please or thank you from him when I was paying. Needless to say I won't be using this shop again.
I have been going to this shop for a very long time now. Some of the staff are so friendly, some others not so much. I find the prices are a lot higher than they need to be.
