   I'm a huge fan of Oddbins as they carry some of my favourite wines but stay away from this particular store. The women who works in there is extremely passive aggressive and just plain rude. I've gone in a couple of times and it's always a horrible and uncomfortable experience with her. Won't be going there anymore purely because of her.

   Shop with little choice of wines and really unfriendly and obnoxious shop assistant. And then in a shop that sells wine, I expected a paper bag and not a plastic bag from the supermarket.

   Things not to say to the grumpy lady who runs this store: ‘are you low on stock?’, ‘the wine fridge seems warm’, ‘hello’… Definitely don’t ask why the prices are high.

   Good wine selection but the service is a disaster. I’ve been serve by a lady. At the moment to take my payment, I said I want to pay in cash. Apparently was a problem for her because she throw me the money and didn’t even say bye. I understand we live a pandemic but don’t accept payment in cash if it’s for reacting like that if we want to pay cash. Really poor show

   Shadow of its former self. Hopelessly lacking in a decent variety of stock. What they do have is seldom competitively priced. OK to visit if you are happy to take a chance with the sparse and random selection of wines, beers and spirits on offer.

   I've popped in Oddbins for over 20 years, and have always found the staff very knowledgeable about wines. Unfortunately I have a large supermarket on my door, which I do buy most mine wine; reading their recommendations, which is not the same as talking to a person who has probably tasted wines, as they do in Oddbins, and can recommend from experience.

   There is almost too much choice in this store - the richness of the offering is significant. I found the staff knowledgeable and friendly, and the quality of the wine we eventually chose was great. My only concern was how empty it was ... is there a future for winesellers outside the boundaries of the supermarket?
