   Daughter needed football boots for her football tournament the next day, checked the website and said they close at 8:30pm. Got to sports direct at 7:30 chose a pair and at 7:45 was told they stop selling footwear. How can a shop be open till 8:30 and stop selling the main item that the shop is known for way before closing. NOT A HAPPY SHOPPER!!!!!! Just about to drive out the car park at 8:00pm and they are shutting the shutters. This is the Friern Bridge retail park N11

   With all my respect to all the staff that work hard in all shops around the world, I was very unhappy with the customer service here, at the counter when I was paying for my purchases and had problems with my card, instead of kindly waiting and helping out the man was saying " come on" and waving his hands aswell as speaking with a rude tone of voice. Not to mention the disrespectful manner of speaking with my mother that was simply clarifying some things about the price. Very unhappy and with all my heart hope their attitude towards their customers will improve! Does not even deserve a 1 star.

   I had a very disappointing experience at this Sports Direct store. We tried some trainers on my son, but they were too small, so we asked one of the staff members for a bigger size. The assistant told us there were no bigger sizes available. However, a few minutes later we found the exact same trainers in a bigger size on the stand ourselves. They fit my son perfectly. To make things worse, another staff member later brought us a brand-new pair of the same trainers in the correct size, which clearly shows they did have stock. The staff are extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, and unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened — we always face the same bad attitude and poor service in this store. It seems like the employees have no interest in helping customers and make the whole shopping experience very unpleasant. For a store of this size, I would expect much better treatment, honesty, and professionalism.

   In contrast to many reviews my teenage son and I just found our shopping experience at Sports Direct Friern Barnet to be excellent. We dealt with three very helpful members of staff across shoes, clothing and accessories and they were all friendly and knowledgable.

   The staff clearly thought I'd walked out with a pair of trainers, joke is on them, their faces when they realised I hadnt. Perhaps if the store wasn't such a mess and the staff weren't so rude, they would be able to keep track of their stock? It's a very hostile environment, and I won't be going back. There are much nicer brands that could occupy the space.

   I'm shopping here when I need something ASAP otherwise I prefer brent cross store. This store is OK but they have small selection of clothes and I would say they selling lots of own brands and cheaper version of other brands. In other sport directs I seen higher end products from Nike and other brands but not in this store. Store si weirdly organised and it takes some time to find brand and item you looking for. There's only one fitting room which is negative I would say there should be at least 3. I would do few improvements in this store to make it better otherwise I prefer brent cross where's much better selection of products and much easier to find something in store

   Got to be some of the worst customer service levels I have ever experienced! No one on the tills EVER! You have to call out for someone to come and serve you. Then other customers simply walk in front of you and the staff prefer to serve them than to serve those that have been waiting patiently in line. Literally it seems that no staff that work there give any kind of regards to customer welfare. A complete shambles!

   It has always been a bit disorganised and very slow at the tills but today: 14min in the queue to pay with 4 people in front of me and there are still 2 guys in the front and I still have not paid. Jesus Christ get more ppl to work or get faster people.

   I'm not the type of person to write reviews but after this particular experience I just had to. I just want to say a MASSIVE thank you to Patrick, after returning to the store to exchange a pair of jeans I realised that I had forgotten my receipt. luckily I was served by a lovely young lad called Patrick who reassured me that he could look up my purchase on the system. I then exchanged my jeans for a snazzy new pair and left the store a very happy customer. Again, I want to thank Patrick for his help and I wish him all the best.

   I would give 0 stars if I could. Today I went to this shop to try (one more time) to get shoes for my kids. I had been dissatisfied with their services twice before, but then I thought I should give them another chance. Terrible experience. I wish I hadn’t tried! When I last visited, the shop was absolutely empty, no customers at all, and even so I had no help from the staff. They seemed not to care about my needs and all they could do was walk around the boxes and shelves. Today, my experience was even worse. I can’t understand how a business can survive being so terrible on what they do. I heard so many people complaining and nobody seemed to be bothered. The manager was too comfortable standing by his computer in the shop entrance, looking at some papers, while dozens of customers were waiting to be served. I left my house intending to get 4 pair of shoes and I came home with none. There is something seriously wrong with their customer services and sales strategy. Selling shoes is their core business and they are not even doing what they are there for ! Lack of management. Disgraceful!
