   I walked in the store around 4.40pm. The guy with long hairs sitting inside was very unwelcoming. No smile no hello hi. Well i asked for some flavors and ended up buying a 100ml bottle with 2 nic bottles. Total £13. Left the store and after 20 seconds came back and changed my mind to a different flavor. And the earlier bottle wasnt opened. I asked the same guy to find something with pineapple flavor. Which he gave it to me and asked for £13 but i said i need to return 1st bottle and 1 nicotine bottle. And i will buy another flavor which was stand alone £13 and £1.5 for nicotine bottle. So total comes out £14.5 and reruturned the previous item. And that guy didnot like the return procedure. He couldnt perform rerturn procedure. And threw the previous bottle and nic bottle on the floor and slammed the card machine infront of me to make the extra payment. I was totally astonished how he is sitting on that side of the counter and selling the items. I know he is not the owner of the shop. The shop owner is another guy very polite and helpful as well. I didnt say anything and 2 3 times said sorry to him for return procedure is that much difficult for him. Anyways after paying difference i was about to leave the store and shut the door he started saying something behind me. To which i responded asked him U SAID SOMETHING TO ME. to which he was no i did not say anything to you. There was no one else in the store other than him and me. May be that person had some mental issues or may be he is having a bad time somewhere else. But at no excuse he was supposed to treat me like that. Am not using the products i have bought and will come back again on monday and talk to the real owner. If the owner has cctv footage please verify it. And this is a verified and genuine review. Am not going to buy anything from here of this guy is sitting on that chair.

   We ordered to store our bags here via Radical Storage, when we got to the shop the shop was closed. When we called the owner said he didn't care and was very rude.

   Went in a couple years ago with absolutely no idea with what kind of vape would best suit me, the man in the shop was very helpful and made sure I got the best vape, juice and nicotine shot for me. Have ordered from them online a few times and are always helpful. My number one shop for anything vape related.

   I have lived in Edinburgh for 6 years & this was the first store I went into. To be fair I have never looked back. Barkin & his staff are probably the most knowledgeable people in this city where vaping is concerned. I like to build & use RDAs, RTAs, etc & Barkin always finds me what I need. This is the place for the serious vapor, beginner whatever. Check it out you won't be disappointed. Highly recommend.

   Haven't bought a vape before and didn't really know what to look for, but the service here was brilliant and he helped me find a kit great for me. Didn't direct me to the most expensive ones just helped me find a cheap one that fit my usage. Great shop and was lovely speaking to the owner.

   I stumbled on this locating by chance. Hand down the best experience I've ever had at a vape shop. The staff was phenomenal and knowledgeable not to forget friendly and helpful. The prices were amazing. I will be returning a lot.

   Superb vape shop they do a loyalty card which is great the service is exceptional as the staff listen to your needs and requirements. I've tried every shop in Edinburgh Dr vapour are clueless and understocked, vaporized are a rip off and customer service is a joke. If you want the best service and product knowledge trust me go to see these guys once you've been you will see what I mean.
