   Popped in today (Consett) to buy a new vape as my other one broke. Have to say the staff were amazing, very helpful and got my new vape up and ready to use. Always had a great experience in this store. Many thanks.went with the AEQ Ultra bundle.

   Purchased a vape February this year the threads went on the tank , took it back to Kettering shops was told only the y is under guarantee , how can you purchase an item and only half of it is under guarantee , what a load of …..don’t go there

   Very unhelpful staff. Sold me wrong coils for vape, have me visit every other shop in the aria to try rectify their mistake, then refuse a refund when no stores near me have any of the correct coils for the device. Won't be back as it's consistently happening

   Terrible Customer service seems to be the going theme for VPZ employee’s on all levels. Cheap products which break before warranty period ends and will not honour their warranty. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere, plenty small businesses that could do with the business than this mob. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

   Placed a decent sized order a couple weeks back, it never arrived despite Royal Mail claiming as such. I reached out knowing it'd be a tough one given the tracking stating it had been delivered but me disputing that and, whilst there was some confusion initially, I spoke to a lovely customer support agent (called Shelly/Shelley I believe) who couldn't have been more helpful. Not only did she listen to my explanation of everything (as again, it's a weird + complex issue that's tough to prove), she went above and beyond to make sure a replacement order was dispatched to me alongside an extremely kind 'make good' on the initial hold up. Been a long time VPZ customer (way back when they were Vaporised and only had a handful of stores around) but hadn't ordered in a while so this really goes to show how much they still care despite the growth. Big shoutout to Shelly/Shelley, an amazing representation for the company!

   I'm now on day 3 of a 24 HR services. I have had no feedback on my delivery. I have asked for confirmation by email and phone. And had nothing. I paid for 3 packs of coils and 1 was delivered at cost £37.47. I would shop elsewhere
