   Poor customer service received. Told product was out of warranty (when it wasn’t, had to help them count dates) Then told “oh it must have been dropped” and there was nothing they would do. When asked to speak to a manager I was told “I am the manager”. Gladly take my money for a new device but not honour their warranty. Lost a loyal customer of years to this branch over what would probably have cost the company £20 cost price for a new device or possibly nothing if they returned it to provider. As a business owner myself this is not the service I would expect my staff to provide customers. Super disappointed with this to say the least.
