Took my son his for his first pair of shoes today. Maria looked after us and made it such a lovely experience! Looking forward to getting my sons shoes from here in the future.
Brilliant experience with my toddler again today, we come from Glasgow for his shoes after recommendations, really appreciate the quality shoes, fitting advice and particularly the range of waterproof options. The ladies were great with my wee boy today, he wasn't particularly cooperative but lots of Paw Patrol chat and some strawberry sweets at the end sorted things out and delighted to be sorted with our next pair of waterproof trainers and wellies. Brilliant service every time and friendly team, thank you!
We were looking forward to getting our daughters nursery shoes, however had a pretty poor experience. Second time dealing with the woman with the dark hair, who we found to be really quite rude and abrupt. Only had one pair of shoes in the size of my daughter and wasn’t beat pleased when we wouldn’t take them. Unfortunately two bad experiences so I won’t be back.

We were dealt with by Sarah who was amazing. I really wished I had known about your store before, especially as my daughter has had double toe surgery (in July) for both big toes (ingrown nails) on both sides and we often struggle to find a shoe that suits her feet. The first pair that Sarah suggested were perfect and she didn't have to try anything else on, so that was amazing - I was so impressed. My daughter finally has shoes that suit her feet! we will be back!

Excellent service, very professional family run shoe store. Found a super pair of school shoes for my little girl. High quality is reflected in price but you absolutely get what you pay for.
