    Clothing is fine, and good value for money but unfortunately the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Staff more interested in chatting and seem to find customers an inconvenience. The staff member, named Aliya, was rude and obstructive and her immature eye rolling and clear disapproval of my request is a reflection of her disregard for the importance of customer service - not a good reflection of your branch or brand at all.

    Good range but unfortunately the smell of food coming into store makes the clothes smell really bad. That would actually put me off shopping in that particular store again. I'd prefer to shop online.

    My daughter likes alot off the clothes as many teenage girls, safe always friendly an will help you out if needed. Today when I was in there wasnt much choice with girls denims, which I was surprised about so was my daughter. The clothes were nice as always cn somethings for summer for an holidays. I will always recommend New Look, to anyone.

    Having been several times it is in my opinion the last place to visit for a shopping session. The clothes can be all over the place, lying on the floor, etc and I understand that's mostly customers doing it and it's a large store but I have seen things laying on the floor of sale areas for several days. Visiting twice 3 days apart within a week. I've visited several times. Clothes left randomly about the place, sizes unavailable, non sale items mixed in with sale items. Things not tagged or priced correctly. It seems half assed. If you do visit especially on sale days. Try everything on, double check sizes, and double check prices. Check for stains, pulled threads or snagging aswell as I've been caught out before with previous purchases.
