The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really feel comfortable as staff help me to choose a right size.
Falkirk Staff were great. As products were in stock they were available for immediate delivery. We chose Wednesdsy 7th Aug. We were out on Saturday so Next delivered two items and were left at the side door. Luckily we arrived home before the rain started. We stayed in today awaiting delivery of the rest of the order. On enquiring about the time of delivery we were told it was not coming until next Wednesdsy 14th. So much for booking a delivery date. Shocking service from the Next dispatchers.
Love this store. Lovely clothes which are a good size fit. Love it still has changing rooms. Staff always friendly. Clothes not cheap but have always found them of a good quality and wash well.

Went in to this place for gift vouchers the assistant was very pleasant and helpful came away very happy
If I could give this zero stars I would. Worked here for three days and quit before I could finish my last shift. Was belittled and rudely spoken to by multiple staffemebers. Most of the staff are lovely except for two of the managers. Would never recommend anyone to work there. Have never quit a job so quickly before.
Used to collect online order, could do with more space around the collection point as its always busy
Diane in the store was very helpful in exchanging sizes for my children's clothes which were gifted to us. She made it so easy for me by ordering in jeans in a larger size which were out of stock and locate the larger sizes within the store. Genuine staff that really want to help you thank you so much.
