Visited this shop for the first time today, a complete novice. Pamela was friendly and helpful, the shop was clean and welcoming, her stock seems to be pretty comprehensive. After giving me great advice and allowing me to try several different vape set ups I settled on the kit she first recommended to me, demonstrating that she knows her stuff! She let me try several different flavours of oil and worked out the kind of things I might like. Pamela was thorough and couldn't do enough to help, taking time to explain everything I needed to understand. Great service, she has a new customer today!
