   I want to give a huge shout-out to Delroy at New Balance London. His passion for the brand, incredible product knowledge, and genuine eagerness to help made our experience outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we needed, and his friendliness and customer service made the whole visit feel effortless and enjoyable. Delroy is a real asset to the store and to the company, and he deserves full credit for the way he represents New Balance. Thanks to him, we’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended!

   Bought trainers from here and the heels broke within 2 weeks from just walking not even running. Brought the trainers back. Didn’t have receipt but manager Andreea said if you can show a bank statement then that is enough. I came back 5 minutes later with bank statement and then she began to make other excuses. Shocking build quality and shocking customer service. Another thing to add with this company. If you purchase from a different no new balance store then new balance will not deal with manufacture faults. Even if you order online the store will not deal with manufacture faults and if you order in store the online will not deal with manufacture faults. Basically new balance don’t deal with manufacture faults so I advise stay clear. Will be sending an email direct to the ceo to see what he/she thinks about this service.

   This is flag ship store? You kidding me? It was almost empty. Came here to buy their made in line and they have like 3 models ? In every sneakers shop in Soho around had.l better selection of new balance then you .

   I had seen a pair of shoes in a different store but they didn’t have my size so I decided to go to their flagship. Dilan was super helpful polite, and she helped me find my size. I ended up buy a different style from the one I originally wanted but they are so comfy! Thank you Dilan!

   This was my very first time visiting New Balance flagship store in London. I have been searching a specific pair of trainers but had no luck so I gave it a go. The store is located near the Oxford Circus station. It is massive!! I entered the store feeling a bit loss not knowing where to go (in my opinion, there should be more staff there.) However the best thing about my experience there has got to be a helpful and friendly customer service they provided. I met a staff name “Konna”. I approached him and asked his advice for the specific model but unfortunately it was sold out ages ago. He was super friendly though. He helped me with the model suggestions and recommended sizing based on his own experience wearing New Balance shoes. In the end, he helped me out with decisions and purchase. Really appreciate it!! I recommend anyone to visit the store and tried on New Balance trainers!! They are so comfortable. I love mine!
