If it ainβt broke, DO NOT FIX IT!!! This was an awesome store now theyβve gone and turned it into a complete MESS!!! Been shopping here since 2018, from the range to the service it was all eliteβ¦now the range is awful and the service leaves much to be desired! Such a disappointment!!!

I always come to this outlet to buy multiple pairs of shoes. The staff are always very patient while dealing with my large orders and this is exactly the reason why I keep coming back. Aakash in particular was very helpful on multiple occasions with helping me find specific shoes.

The place needs good management. Thereβs always very long queue to pay for things whenever I pop up to buy stuff and only 1/2 people behind the till. Today, on 6/7/25, I brought my faulty shoes I bought in May to be replaced ( I called the store in advance a couple of days back, explained the situation and was told to bring them in store). So did. The manager told me that shoe making βcreaking noise was fine, as his own shoes does that tooβ. I explained that I work in a quiet office and whenever I walk, the left shoe of the pair makes embarrassing noise. Apart of that I had no issue with the shoe and would like them to be replaced or returned. He then asked that I demonstrate wearing the shoe ( in the noisy, crowded store) I explained that they wonβt hear it in this kind of environment, but was left with no other option. I wore them and given that thereβs always a loud music and busy with customers, no creaking noise could be heard. One would expect that a person holding y managerial role, would have a sense of logic and problem solving skills, but this isnβt case at this Nike store. P.S. attaching the creaking I hear while walking on the street. Is that how low your standards of quality?

The outlet is not that big, women selection is not very huge but prices are interesting on clothing (managed to get a 45% discount), less interesting on shoes though. The lady from the staff was very nice and professional.

Overall great as I was in and out in a short time and found what I was looking for. However, there was a member of staff at the entrance who couldn't help me and just pointed at another colleague. Overall there weren't enough staff on the shop floor as I had to wait for someone to come out from behind the tills to ask for help.

Nice big Nike store, stocking almost everything in their website. Big, bright and a bit squished together. Careful if you've got a push chair! Friendly staff tho, happy to help.
