   A great first visit to this soft play. The girls working were fantastic and so helpful. Coffee was great and good value for money. Kids really enjoyed it, will definitely return. Only thing I would say is I did need my coat, it’s chilly when it first opens. Didn’t affect the kids though.

   Came down with my 2 kids. Girl was nice at reception, Food was standard but okay. Kids had a blast...I then ordered a hot drink and sweet.i waited 10 mins and had to go up and ask where my hot drink and sweet was..... think they need to concentrate on the task at hand instead off trying to do 100 different other things

   Went with my 14 month old grandson. I asked if there was a part of soft play suitable for the wee chap. Was told that there was, however it was an extremely small area and older children had to pass through that area to get to where they were going. So this small area was not really appropriate for him with bigger children passing through. There wasn't much for him anyway. Feel that £5 for him and £1 for each adult was far too expensive for what was on offer.

   Decent enough for being local, strong smell of sewage outside and then strong smell of dirty oil when inside. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come book us in, kids enjoyed the soft play, it is a decent size for being a small venue. The big blue side was closed and the kids asked when it would be opened but kept being told ‘later’.. which was disappointing to them as it wasn’t opened before we left. Quite dark and cold inside could do with better lighting, I had a hot chocolate and that was delicious and served quickly. Kids didn’t eat or drink so can’t comment on that but overall our visit was ok.

   Would love to give this 5 stars but after being charged £9 for 1 hour for a 4 year old I can't, this seems overly excessive and a shame as now I will look elsewhere for this kind of activity

   Great softplay, but it really is time for the stakeholders of the industrial estate to properly repair the road coming in to it. The section under the bridge is now so bad that cars will inevitably be damaged. My car exhaust took a knock coming in today.

   One of the better soft plays. They serve half decent food. There's a good variety of things for the kids to play on/in. The staff are fine. Not especially friendly, but not rude by any means. Professional I guess. Can get very busy, but today was very quiet. Just depends on time of week / year. Would recommend for children 1-10.
