    Poor communication from the staff told me my scooter would be ready to collect by 4:30 . Also called me earlier in the day to make me aware that just a inner tube wouldnt work that I’d also need a tyre so I agreed said it would be both for 60 but normally would be 80. Got auntie to drop me to collect ,got there 45 minutes after they said would be ready and my scooter was in worse condition then what it went there like etc back disc brake not on, tyre been put back on wonky. Even a phone call to let me know that they couldn’t do it so I didn’t have to get my hopes up was supposed to ride it back from there now waste of my time and aunties missed out on things planned not happy wouldnt recommend.
