   First time buying at Lulu Lemon as I've always wanted to buy some items from here, kind of like a bucket list shop, as I don't earn enough to shop here monthly! A lovely first experience, the worker who helped us explained the sizing to us, as I had no idea that the sizing's were US, so I almost took the completely wrong sizes, so thanks to this lady I ended up with the correct sizing! The lady who was helping us, also helped me with some other really great information about the clothing, which was really really great, also a really great location for this store being in the market! Only fault I could ever give is that everything is super expensive, even though I'd saved to shop here, I couldn't afford to get a full set which was disappointing and maybe Lulu Lemon should consider doing a 10% off your first purchase, to help out new customers and to also help bring in new ones :)

   Very very poor customer service, I bought some socks, wore them once and realised they were different lengths (by about an inch!) so definitely faulty. They said they couldn't give me a new pair unless I washed the old pair, but I'm staying in a hotel! The original pair are faulty, just give me a new pair, but no that's the policy. I wouldn't bother shopping here because if there's any problems after the purchase it's you as the customer who'll be inconvenienced, their 'policies' just leave a bitter taste in the mouth. I'm not sure we even got an apology for the faulty goods. My first and last time shopping at Lulelemon

   I was checking around but staff kept following like I’m a shoplifter lol, also I wanted to see what’s upstairs, the guy immediately said, “it’s for men’s only upstairs”…. So what? i wanted to check what you’re selling duh… oh well, i’m not coming back… LULULEMON, YOU BETTER GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

   The offer "student discounts", but only if you buy for yourself. The prices are incredibly high and the quality in not the best. You can find cheaper and better products elsewhere

   Ordered some sports wear from them online. The moment I saw the delivery is from UPS I immediately knew it’s gonna be a disaster. The delivery driver didn’t even bother to come and just delivered it to some random corner shop and updated the tracking said it’s delivered. Called their customer service, the lady was very nice despite my frustration. But honestly I will not buy from them ever again because of their choice of courtier.
