  1. Bristol Pub Reviews ★★★★★

Do you have a favourite garden? The biblically minded might say Eden or perhaps Gethsemane for the morbidly inclined. If you thoughts are closer to home you might think of the Garden of Easton, that famous Bristolian pillar of gentrification (I’ve never been there). However, gentle readers, I believe my answer to be objectively and empirically true. The best garden is Crofters Garden. Nestled on the corner where Gloucester Road meets Stokes Croft, this pub is a go to for scholars, philosophers and just people who enjoy a good pint and some banging pizza. My special recommendations go to the manager formerly known as Jake, who with a cheeky grin and an impish disposition made me feel more at home than McCauley Culkin in a crack den. 10/10 Not just a pub but a way of life

Popped in for a pint. This is a popular pub with inside and outside. Very kid friendly and relaxed place. Makes pizza which seemed very popular and smelled very good. Beer was excellent. Very cold and well poured. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great place for couples and larger groups. Would come here again for sure and though it was a fun place.

Great garden to sit in when the sun is shining! Good variety of cocktails and beers available The pizza is made fresh and reasonably priced for Bristol! Outside is decorated with fairy nights which looks lovely in the evening. There’s also a few seats indoors upstairs but this fills up quickly!

Popped in here on the way back from a meal for a quick pint. Good choice of drinks and a nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back for a gig soon!

Nice pizza, poor vibes. Bartender refused to serve me a round of shots on my birthday because apparently it's bad form to enter the bar and start dancing, when there was salsa music playing. Do they also tell people not to cheer at the football? que triste : ' (

The guy at the front was lovely, both pizzas were amazing, the balsamic vinegar on top of the pancetta and goats cheese gave a really nice touch to it. Great selection of beers and nice atmosphere, I highly recommend this place. Thank you!
