   Popped in to watch movie as it was raining. It's what you'd expect from such an established company. Not much to choose from but sat down and enjoyed our movie. It felt rather nice to sit and watch a movie as it's been a fair while. Seats could be better. Friendly staff and good surround sound.

   Staff are always very helpful and pleasant. The toilets need some time and money spent on them, especially the broken soap dispensers and broken tap/sink. Seats reasonably comfortable. Unfortunately no avaliable staff to sort parking behaviours. A nice cinema overall and we will be back.

   I brought my granddaughter here as a treat yesterday to see Matilda the Musical. The movie was fantastic! However, the entire experience was sadly let down by the meal we had pre booked. It was Southern fried chicken strips with crispy potato slices. For a start, the food had been portioned into small open trays. It was not temperature checked as is a legal requirement under Health and Safety laws and I saw no evidence of a temperature probe to verify the temperature of the food. Also, the crispy potato slices were anything but crispy, as they had been lying in a soggy heap. A small box of sweets was also added to the tray with a huge drink of coke zero. I am seriously concerned that an unsuspecting member of the public could suffer food poisoning from food not stored at the correct temperature. I will not avail myself of this service in the future, unless clear evidence of enforceable Health and Safety regulations is demonstrated.

   Really good. Went with my granddaughter's to watch children's film. Adds far too long twenty minutes for a 3 and a 5 year old. Otherwise an enjoyable experience

   An unfortunate experience tonight. Went to see the new Avatar movie with my family, and it was phenomenonal for the most part! Sadly, near the end of the third act, the movie began to stutter and freeze, much to the screen's dismay. The kind staff tried to remedy the situation to no avail, with the film itself seeming to be faulty; something outwith their control. The staff handling the situation were incredibly patient and apologetic, however, immediately accommodating to us with a nice few benefits. While the experience was marred by the technical difficulties, I can't help but appreciate the determined nature of the staff on this evening in trying their utmost to see to it we were not left entirely dissatisfied. Many thanks.
