   I have shopped at this JD store many times in the past and have always had positive experiences with your staff. However, on this occasion, I felt extremely uncomfortable and singled out by a member of staff who I believe may be a new manager, as I did not recognise her and she was not wearing a uniform or name badge like the other team members. As soon as I asked about a pair of trainers, I noticed that she quickly moved to the front of the store, appearing to guard the entrance. When she returned with the trainers, she only handed me one shoe to try on while tightly holding onto the box. I observed that there were other customers in the store at the time, yet her attention seemed focused only on me. The situation made me feel as though I was being treated with suspicion, which I found upsetting and confusing. I do not like to make assumptions, but the experience left me feeling that I may have been racially profiled. This is something I have never experienced in this store or any other JD branch before, which is why I feel it is important to bring to your attention. Even if this was not the staff member’s intention, I believe the situation highlights a need for further staff training in customer interaction and equality awareness, so that no other customer feels the way I did. I must add it was the manger of the store. The other staff members treated me like a normal customer I’ve had had an issue with them.

   **WARNING: AVOID JD SPORTS AND NIKE AIR MAX £205 SCAM** I’ve never been so disappointed in a product as I am with the Nike Air Max I bought for £205 from JD Sports. You’d expect that kind of price to guarantee some quality, right? WRONG. After wearing them for just 3-4 consecutive days, the shoes **TORE APART** and started causing me pain. For that kind of money, you'd expect durability, but what I got was absolute garbage. To make things worse, when I went back to JD Sports to raise the issue, I was treated like I was in the wrong! The manager had the nerve to tell me that I "wore them wrong" and said it was a **manufacturing fault**, as if that somehow made it my problem to deal with. JD Sports blamed Nike, Nike blamed JD Sports—meanwhile, I'm the one stuck with expensive, faulty shoes that hurt to wear. This is the worst experience I’ve had with a retailer and brand. JD Sports and Nike are scamming customers by charging outrageous prices and providing low-quality products, then refusing to take any responsibility. If you care about your money and don't want to be treated like a fool, **AVOID** these companies at all costs. Don’t fall for the hype. They’ll take your money and leave you with nothing but frustration.

   Went in JD this morning picked myself a lovely pair of trainers for my wife & tracksuit for my son the assistant kindly put them behind tills so I could carry on looking.. went to pay for my purchases & the woman behind tills had obviously gave my trainers to another customer as the ones that were there was completely wrong colour & size, the tracksuit was not even with the trainers. We called over the assistant who put them there he couldn’t understand why there not they .. women said she’s not sold any trainers and was very rude about it she obviously wasn’t paying attention to what she’s paid to do.. another woman assistant was called she had a big attitude & was no help but the male assistant couldn’t be any nicer & just kept apologising.. we walked out without purchasing anything. I will sending a copy off this to head office.

   Went in store to Return a pair of shorts, the lady I was served by processed my refund and said it’ll take 3-5 working days. It’s now 6 days down the line and still no money has touched my account from JD. Head office won’t help as there’s no online order details. I ordered it in store and returned in store. Why is it hard to proceed a refund …

   Every time I visit, the music is way too loud . It’s a store not a nightclub. Can hardly think let alone hear what the are staff staying to me. Staff are very helpful but overworked by the look of things.
