   I don’t typically leave reviews but I honestly have to. I came here for a keratin treatment and Susan did my hair beautifully and provided amazing service. She made sure to go over everything so I’d fully understand what she would do and what I had to do after to ensure best results and answered any questions I had. Halfway through she also pointed out how rough my ends were looking and offered to do a trim. I said yes, bracing myself a bit for any kinds of hidden fees but what I booked is exactly what I paid. Having had my hair styled before I have to say that has never happened to me before. I’ll definitely be coming here again

   I came for myself and my daughter hair cut but lady was in so hurry she just chopped our hairs in so much rush and I asked for layers hair cut but she didn’t make any layers just cut too much length of my desire length and finish me and my daughter in 22 minutes with even using a comb very bad experience wouldn’t recommend to anyone

   Love this hair salon. All the staff are great chat and you’re always well looked after. Felt a lot speedier/more efficient than other places I’ve been which is much appreciated when you’re getting bleached! I’d left my roots a bit too long and Sinead and Susan got me back in a second time to get them absolutely perfect which was above and beyond what I’ve experienced at other places. Blow dries are great too. Looking forward to my next app!

   I honestly don't know how this place has got such good reviews. I asked for a nice natural light coppery colour (showed picture) but ended up with fake looking orangey red hair (that was patchy may I add) when I said I was unhappy with the colour as it wasn't what I asked for, I was met with the girl that did it telling me that the shade on my head was the same that was on the picture (it was a completely different shade from the picture, one was natural ginger/copper, the one on my head was fake red/ orangey) and that the reason for the difference was that there was a ring light highlighting the one in the picture making it look lighter and you can't really use pictures in salons for colour and expect a realistic result.... After advising that I wasn't happy leaving with that result, they put a brown toner over it which made the colour a very dark red, completely different from what I asked for and made me look very very pale - just didn't look good at all. They would have let me leave the salon looking like that if I didn't insist it wasn't right during a very awkward conversation. I will not going back, but to be fair to them they didn't charge me for the experience. They did offer to try and fix it but at this point I'd lost the trust that they would be able to do this.

   I was fortunate enough to get my hair permed by Susan. This was my first time in a female hairdressers but I was made to feel comfortable throughout. Susan is amazing. She explained the process to me and made suggestions based on her experience. I was shocked with the results. It couldn't have come out any better. Broomhill is the hairdressers i will always use in Glasgow. The exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and end result have left me feeling really confident. The whole experience was a pleasure and I cannot recommend Broomhill and Susan enough. Any men searching online for the best place to get a male perm, look no further. Broomhill is the spot!
