I find this venue smaller than than the Nottingham venue, but given they also have a mini golf and laser battle it balances it out. My main issue is there didn’t seem many games that could be played adequately as a solo player as many were sport or team type games. Also there didn’t seem to be much choice for high value prizes.

We recently celebrated our daughter’s birthday at Fun Station and it was brilliant! The staff, especially Lauren, were incredibly helpful from start to finish. We felt really well looked after and every question we had was answered with a smile. The 50 minutes of unlimited play was fantastic value for money, the kids had the best time and didn’t want it to end. Highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience at this arcade shop. I bought a candy without realizing it wasn’t halal, and when I politely asked to exchange it (I hadn’t even opened it), the staff refused. Instead of being understanding, I was made to feel unwelcome and singled out. The way they treated me came across as rude and even discriminatory. A good business should respect all customers and handle these situations with basic courtesy. I left feeling disrespected and like my concerns didn’t matter at all. I definitely won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values being treated fairly.

I used to attend frequently. In fact, I was able to save enough tickets years ago to get a Nintendo Switch as a prize. It took me over a year of trips to earn so many tickets, but I was thrilled. After moving away from the area, and then back again, I was excited to go back. When I checked my card though, my over 17,000 tickets were gone. I was told if they are not used within a year, they are wiped. This hadn't been made clear at any point, so I challenged it as politely and honestly as I could, but was made to feel like an idiot throughout. The best they would offer was £15 of play to my card. I had spent hundreds just to accumulate those tickets, let alone the tickets I'd earned previously and this was all they would offer. I went to trading standards, but as yet, I've not heard back. I'm gutted, as this is where my partner and I spent date nights, but I refuse to give them my money anymore.

Wish I read all these reviews before coming today. The machines have issues, show slow loading screens or say there’s an issue with a ball, they then keep asking you to tap again. It looks like a glitch. But when you tap again, it’s actually deducting your tokens multiple times. When raised with staff there was zero empathy. All I wanted was my tokens back so I could win my son a prize. Would it have been so hard to give me just 6 out of 26 tokens taken mistakenly from me (equivalent of 1 game)? Echoing the rest of the reviews.

Really good arcade, which seem to be a dying breed. Lots of different games to play and there's even some games for younger children. The card system they use for tokens is great, feels like you're at a Dave & Buster's

Ok for a short time and young kids. Quite small and quickly overwhelmed. Slightly expensive when looking at the games duration and one can see the easy profit looking business. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall not bad however draining pocket instantly. £5 will keep your child busy for less than 10 minutes. For that price you probably will find better entertainment around Fountain Park.

I booked our team night out here in December. Unfortunately due to covid restrictions and our company policy I had to postpone the booking twice. The staff here were amazing every time I called and made it really easy for me to move a large booking. It took the stress out of the situation! We had an amazing time at our delayed party! In both the laser quest and the mini golf! Thank you!

Only went in to stay out of the cold until my grandkids Mum picked them up. As we had been bowling and had played machines etc in there. I asked that £10 be shared on 3 cards, 1 card with 10 tokens and 2 cards with 15 tokens. The guy put the £10 on 1 card. I pointed out this wasn't what i had asked for. He went to speak to his manager, then came back to tell me he was unable to carry out my request. Basically said the 3 kids would hve to share 1 card. Made no sense to me at all. I asked for my money back and had 3 disappointed kids. Anyone who has kids knows 3 kids of different age groups wldn't want to share a card.
