   My invoice clearly stated delivery within 48 hours, so I had no idea that adding a personalised item would delay the order. When I called today to check on the progress, I was met with a very rude and defensive woman on the phone. I stayed completely calm and polite throughout, but she continually spoke over me and repeatedly told me why I was wrong! That may be the case, but this level of defensiveness has no place in business! And your website and invoices are contradictory and sending mixed messages. I did not want to cancel my personalised item. I asked if the leotard couldn’t be posted within the stated 48 hours, with the personalised bag sent afterwards. That would avoid giving customers expectations that can’t be met. Instead of engaging with that, she kept pushing me to cancel the personalised item, repeating it over and over until I eventually agreed just to end the call and get the leotard posted. She also claimed the delay was partly because I hadn’t chosen a font, even though there was no option anywhere on the website to select one. It took four days for this to be noticed. I was told I was emailed about this but there’s nothing in my inbox or junk. I genuinely tried to find a solution, but I was spoken over, not listened to and ultimately made to feel at fault for issues caused by unclear processes and poor communication. If this lady is an employee, she is damaging your business. If she is the owner, she may want to remember that customers work hard for their money and deserve basic respect when choosing to spend it with you. You may be strongly with the opinion that your customer is incorrect, however the old saying ‘the customer is always right’ should be considered. If you value your business, it takes no more effort to extend a little kindness, courtesy and respect. Businesses can fail very quickly in the current climate and you’ve just upset a customer who has purchased six leotards, a gym coat and endless other items off you (t shirts, bras and onesies) in the last twelve months alone!!

   Our team ordered seven leotards for the national competition , and we couldn’t be happier! The design, fit, and colours are absolutely beautiful — even better than we imagined. The quality and craftsmanship are outstanding, and the delivery was prompt and exactly on schedule. Jo was wonderfully professional and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended! ✨✨

   An absolute disaster. I urgently required a training top for a gymnastics competition abroad for my daughter. I stressed that the item had to arrive by the Wednesday (I ordered it on the Friday before). The owner assured me that the item would be sent out on Monday for next day delivery with Royal Mail. Unfortunately the item didn’t arrive until Thursday - which is Royal Mail’s fault to a large extent. However, surely the Owner should have known or warned me that the next day delivery wasn’t guaranteed and could actually take three or four days to arrive. In which case I would have picked it up. A refund was refused other than for postage.

   Very disappointed with the customer service provided here. After spending over £80 on a full kit for my child’s gymnastic club, I ordered and received a pair of their leggings which unfortunately after just under 2 hours use and one wash, directly following the instructed washing guide, the leggings already began to deteriorate and showed a lot of piling. Which should not ever be the case. Leggings should be produced to last. And not deteriorate after one wash. After sending several emails and getting no response, I contacted Jo directly, who after back and forth emails refused to help, and refused my return request, eventually offering another pair at a reduced price. Needless to say I will not ever be making a purchase through this website again, which is so disappointing. Please be mindful when ordering from here, and what you order, as it appears only some garments are produced at a satisfactory quality.

   Nothing particularly wrong with the product but failed to remove security tags during sales transaction and then aftersales poor - advised to send the product back at my expense or find an Asda! Not helpful, won't be purchasing again.

   My daughter has been wearing Little Stars for training and competitions for a while now. We love the quality of the leotards, and the leisurewear, and that they can withstand the heavy wear of elite training! They stay looking great. Also, the designs and sparkle keep us coming back for more!

   Three years ago, when we needed a beautiful leotard, unlike any we could find the the USA, my daughter and I discovered Little Stars Leotards. Every Leo is beautiful and sparkly, just like my daughter loves! To this day, she still wears her favorite Leo purchased 3 years ago, and it has not lost a single stone or shown any signs of wear! We have added dozens more to her Little Stars collection and am never disappointed! Great quality, and gorgeous is products! Each release gets even more pretty!!
