The consultant gave me incorrect information about the shoe size to sell me insoles. I had to go to another place, where everything was fitted correctly.

Do you want to pay £5 delivery which can take 5 working days, then receive shoes too small and have to pay £5 to return them? Then shop here! Go elsewhere.
Buyer beware: This shop does not provide refunds if you change your mind about an item, even if you have the receipt. If you're thinking of buying any sports gear or clothing that you cannot immediately sample, such as packaged items, then you will not be able to get your money back - only a voucher. They enforce this rule even for non-hygiene items. This is technically legal according to the gov website, but is massively anti-consumer. Think twice before you shop here and don't get stung like I did.

Good selection of trainers in this store and at decent prices too. It is very tight and not much space to move around which can be a bit of a pain when you have a buggy, especially when it's busy.
My first experience in this store and there's one thing I can say, how racist that shop is! The moment I stepped in I had someone following me and a red head staring at me! And it made me uncomfortable, workers just standing around, chatting only one person helped me when I needed help with buying trainers for my son, funny enough the only person in the store of a different ethnic background, was very polite and helpful, recommended what trainers would be ideal and what products I could buy to protect my trainers.
Got some good waterproof trainers reasonable price and was allowed to try on in store they do disenfect after
We all know sports direct, and as with lock down starting to ease its back open and can get very busy. As normal good selection of sporting clothing. I've always found the staff friendly and helpful but they do look like they are trying to balance the work load so you might have to wait to be served. Not a quick in snd out.
