   Came into the store today and was highly disappointed with the management here. I had the displeasure of meeting one of the managers, Jack who was incredibly rude and stuck up. He obviously thinks he’s above his employees seeing as when I asked him for help he brushed me off staying ‘im the manger so you can go ask someone else to help you’. I am not one to make reviews but I couldn’t let this go unnoticed, HR seriously needs to look into this man and the way he treats his customers, as well as his personal hygiene (I don’t want to be rude or nasty but he doesn't look or smell appropriate to be working around customers). Not up to standards, very disappointed.

   Staff are very helpful and attentive, I went in to check whether some products I saw online are available in-store. Unfortunately, none of the products I was looking for were in stock. Note: Prices are also not the same compared to the online store (which is common/expected!). Other than that this location boasts ample parking space and many other stores/brands nearby. The supermarket is also in walking distance.

   No staff available, had to ask, and even then the member of staff was unhelpful, didn't listen provided the wrong size and walked off. How do they expect to sell trainers if no staff willing to assist in providing the correct size.

   Loads of stock, but hardly any staff. How are you supposed to try on shoes when there is only the left available. Also, almost no customers but I still had to queue at the tills.

   Absolutely disgusting customer service! Will never be returning. Waited to be served for so long then to be held up at the till because the staff are so incompetent and unable to authorise anything. Payment went through but reciept wasn't printed due to the terrible system. Then to be stopped at the door saying we couldn't leave as reciept wasn't printed out! 10 mins later they say it went through. Asked to speak to manager who wasn't there apparently! But then got told the approval at the till was from a manager. Absolute joke of a service and everyone needs to be sacked!

   I have never met such a rude shop assistant in all my life. Lady (person) on till upstairs, so condescending and extremely rude to people who ask for help and assistance. Utterly disappointed in her attitude when purchasing. So abrupt and disgusting attitude. Unfortunately she wore no name tag but beware of her cold bark

   Underhand pricing policies are rife in this store,2 for £14.50 clearly marked on items but charged £18,when challenged the girl behind the counter says oh they are not the same design I think trading standards might have something to say about that.My advice keep well away from this place you will be conned

   Yeah it was good experience nothing extraordinary but there is obviously a lot of the parking space outside so you shouldn't have a problem with finding a spot and as it is just next to the front door very short distance to walk. I will probably come back on some stage and I can recommend it to other people without any problems...
