   Extremely poor customer service.I bought a jacket from Trespass and the lady said we can return in 30 days and when I went to return (since the size was big) they refunded the wrong amount (almost £9 less) in credit note. When I realised, I was shocked and had to call the store and was asked to return to the store so this can be rectified. I had to leave work early and make my way which caused extreme hassle for me. I then spoke to Michaela who did not accept the fault made by her colleague and when I said I am going to complain about the poor customer service skills, she said I would encourage you to do this. It’s really bad experience with trespass.

   Great place to purchase coats and sports wear the only thing which can improve is catering for sizes for bigger women it's a shame I couldn't get a coat as the sizes aren't large enough I really liked there coats but sizes were small only if they done sizes like 20, 22, 24 and 26 I would of definitely purchased

   I would like to credit the older gentleman in the Lakeside shopping centre in Thurrock. I think his name is Paul but not a 100% sure. He has fantastic customer service and treats all his customers with respect. I visited the store just before Christmas with a return from online sales and nothing was too much trouble. I reordered online and he recognised us from the previous visit, even using our surnames when we got to the till. There are not many store retailers that give a fantastic service like him. It's a pleasure to go into that store. Well done Trespass for employing such a lovely, genuine pleasant guy.

   The changed the location. It’s near boots now. Still easy to find. Store is okay. Prices are fine, but different to online store. They don’t allow you to exchange without returning the item, which costs you more because the price is more than online store.
