Incredibly bad experience. Haven’t used the gun too much (the RecovaPro Max) and it won’t start anymore after just a couple of months. I am trying to send it over for repairs, but they keep stalling and asking for documents and information they should already have. My advice: look elsewhere!

I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with both the product and the customer service, and I want to save others from the same ordeal. The Faulty Product My Recovapro massage gun stopped working just two months outside of the warranty period. While products can sometimes fail, the timing was suspiciously convenient for the company, leaving me with a faulty device and no coverage. Initial Customer Service Interaction I reached out to Recovapro's customer service, who initially seemed helpful. They offered to repair the product for a fee of £39.99, which I agreed to. Hidden Costs However, when it came time to pay for the repair, they tried to charge me £49.99. It was only after I questioned this discrepancy that they corrected the price to the originally quoted £39.99. Incorrect Information To make matters worse, the customer service team provided me with the wrong address to send my item back for repair. This incorrect information is documented in my email thread with them. Lost Item Due to the wrong address, my massage gun is now lost with Royal Mail. I have no way to retrieve it, and Recovapro has not taken responsibility for their mistake. Lack of Accountability When I informed Recovapro about the lost item, they sidestepped the issue and instead offered a courier option to collect the item from me—an impossible solution since I no longer have the item. Radio Silence It's been well over a week since I last heard from Recovapro. Despite multiple emails, I've received no response. Even more frustrating is the fact that the phone number listed on their website doesn't seem to work. I've tried calling multiple times, but the call doesn't even register, making it impossible to speak to a human being. I'm left with no way to contact them or get any sort of reply. At a Loss I'm now left without the massage gun and down £39.99 for a repair that can't even take place. I'm completely at a loss as to what to do next. Conclusion I want to warn potential customers about Recovapro's faulty products and abysmal customer service. I've lost both my money and the product due to their negligence, and I don't want anyone else to go through the same experience. Update: Unbelievable Response from Recovapro Since my initial review, there have been further developments in my frustrating journey with Recovapro. Today, I finally received a reply from them—but it’s not what I expected. Rather than taking responsibility for their mistakes, Recovapro seems to be attempting to shift the blame onto me. They claim that they offered me a collection service for the item repair, something that was never mentioned by the customer service representative during our interactions. Additionally, they now insist that I was supposed to provide them with tracking information, a requirement that was never communicated to me. It’s disheartening to feel like I’m being pushed the blame by a company that should be accountable for their errors. I reiterated that I’m in this unfortunate position solely due to their negligence. Instead of addressing the core issue and offering a genuine solution, Recovapro refunded me the repair cost—an action I never asked for or wanted. My primary goal remains getting my item repaired, not getting a refund. Their attempts to absolve themselves of the problem when I need their support the most are disappointing and counterproductive. As I continue to navigate this situation, I remain committed to sharing my experience with others and urging caution to anyone considering Recovapro’s products or services.

Although the product lasted 2 years, it malfunctioned just after my warranty expired. Recovapro repaired my device free of charge which I was grateful for, however, this was almost 3 months ago, and since my device is no where to be seen! I have emailed countless times, visited in store, and have been given many excuses as to why I haven’t received it and where it currently is, with 1 employee telling me that it was actually given away to someone else! I have been told via email that it is in their warehouse, I’ve provided my address for delivery, and still have received no further correspondence, nor my Recovapro device.

Honestly love this thing. A friend had one at their house that I tried out and I was very impressed. Bought my own and have used it so much. I suffer with knots in my traps and neck and it's really helped to work them out and make me feel a lot more comfortable. I've had physio in the past because I was in so much discomfort, not realising that it was muscle knots. This has helped me more than any physio session. Also used on my calfs a lot which was absolute agony at first, but again has really made a big difference to me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I bought my Recovapro from the kiosk in Bluewater shopping centre. I love it. I've tried many handheld massagers but this does an amazing job and really loosens everything up. My neighbor has also purchased one and loves it and a friend tried it as well and is now also going to get one. It's a great percussion massager and has lots of settings. Battery life is great too. Lasts a good 2 weeks for me before I have to charge again.
