   Good selection of tents, camping equipment, clothing, fishing and cycling equipment. I would like to have seen more space utilised to display tents. Helpful and friendly staff. Buying a membership card is useful as it offers members big discounts (£5 per annum in 2025). An additional discount is also given to Scouts and Guides, but proof of membership has to be provided at the checkout.

   Poor. Placed an order through "click and collect". Order was not ready within the hour. Items listed as being in stock weren't.... causing further issues as these had been part of a 3-for-2 offer. Alternatives not an option as some shelves/racks were empty. Have rated with 1 extra star as the staff did seem willing to help.

   Superb! Brilliant customer support on the telephone the evening before (David), in store product knowledge on the day wonderful (Sam) combined with ludicrous discount bargains- saved £600+. Visit. You will not be disappointed.

   Have some great staff there but then again have some staff with customers service skill that are better suited in the warehouse or not speaking to customers. I asked about a item that was not in stock, asked if Harlow had it and was told we don't have a way of checking, so then I asked if they could phone them to which he replied yes. Then there was a silent for a few seconds to which he asked would I like him to phone them. I gave up at this point and left the store. Might be easier for me to phone Harlow branch.

   I went there today I found staff to be very professional and helpful. I had friendly chat with a gentleman who provided me with very good advice and information that I did require. All in all very good experience as all go outdoor stores tent to keep the customer service on a good standard. I probably won't be coming back and I can recommend it to anyone.

   Large store but rip off prices, charges you extra unless you sign up to a membership card you have to pay for, a pair of shoes my wife wanted was £115 with the card or £105 without, looked on Amazon and found them for £75 and I know that is an online store but a difference of £40? No thank you, avoid this store at all costs unless you like to be ripped off
