   sent me the wrong product because the product i ordered was out of stock. To return them i had to pay for postage myself. *Update: I ordered kids gloves, you sent me adult gloves without telling me you were sending a different item. That is not an upgrade.

   I recently visited the Store for the first time to purchase some Boxing Gloves. They have a great selection for all your Boxing or training needs. Friendly knowledgeable Staff that was greatly appreciated as I am just starting off in this sport. I can thoroughly recommend this store.

   I ordered a pair of gloves for my daughter as a birthday present. the pair I ordered they didn't have in stock and was waiting for a delivery form there supplier after 2 weeks of not receiving my order I emailed them saying I was worried the order is not going to come before my daughters birthday. They replied saying I could have same pair in a different colour, a different type of glove or a refund. I emailed them back asking for the inconvenience could I get a slightly more expensive pair and sent them a picture of the gloves I wanted to witch they replied yes I could. I received the gloves I asked for the next day thanks to good customer service my experience went from a negative to a positive one

   Doesn't deserve not even 1 star. Don't answer to calls, e-mails or chat. Didn't send my package but they told me in the 1st time it was send by dpd (tracking number doesn't exist). I'm still without knowing where is it, and without a refund. It was a christmas gift, they just don't care. I'm gonna travel there to complaint.

   They are thieves and unprofessionals. There whole behaviour unacceptable.. i asked for a refund regarding an order i didnt received and they aren't replying my emails and they haven't returned my money of course.. is this the leading uk boxing store? WHAT A JOKE

   Professional, knowledgeable and friendly bunch of guys… The shop design down to the level of equipment covering all aspects of boxing is unreal and with some great prices. I have since returned back to fighting where I have bought rival gloves, rival groin guard, adidas boots and more items. Cannot thank sugars rays enough and also for designing my fight shorts with name and sponsors. Always a privilege gents.
