   Visited Snow and Rock today and was served by Lara. Lara was very helpful to both me and my partner today. Lara shared her knowledge which i found useful in deciding what products to purchase. Lara is a credit to Snow and Rock - an exemplary example of customer service and how people should be served in a shop. Its nice to experiance this from a young person in this day and age. Well done Lara ❤️

   Just visited this store with the hope to get some ski goggles and a helmet but needed advice to make sure my partner and I got the best ones to fit. The worked in the ski area middle aged, offered no customer service. Absolutely appalled, he was with a customer who he was flirting with and ignoring everyone else. After being stood there and not even told "I'll be a minute" just completely blanked, I decided to ask is anyone able to help us? I was told "as you can see I'm busy but you can try find someone in the store" I am absolutely gobsmacked. He was absolutely rude and should not be in a customer service position if he's only there to offer customer service to one women who he's flirting with for best part of 30minutes

   What a great place to buy running trainers. Having visited other stores and left very disillusioned, this place was fantastic. I knew I was going to buy trainers here so had the foot scan and ran the treadmill. Tried on 5 pairs of trainers and bought the best pair for my running style. I even paid for the proofing treatment. Being a National Trust member I got a 15% discount too. The staff were incredibly patient and supportive. Tim was fantastic. If I need to buy another pair of trainers, I will be back. Thank you for a great experience.

   Bluewater has excellent shops & is always clean & tidy. The only issue is not enough space to eat when it is very busy. Snow & Rock was excellent. Will be returning soon.
