   Great experience at Peloton Bluewater. Joshua has been amazing since day one. We originally visited the store to compare the bike and bike+. Joshua took the time to take us through the pro's and con's of both - not trying to sell the most expensive option, but what might be best for us. A few months later we were ready to order and Joshua helped process and track throughout. We unfortunately had to reject the first delivery due to a missing part, however Joshua was there every step to do what he could to get the bike redelivered quickly. My only recommendation to Peloton is to add an alternatively delivery service that can deliver outside of working hours/at the weekends.

   Visited the store for a bike fitting. Great service and knowledge received by Spencer. New bike set up completed and purchased a HR monitor. Excellent customer service received. Highly recommend a bike fitting if you have not had one!

   Friendly, helpful, enthusiastic….there isn’t enough positive adjectives in the dictionary to describe these guys at Peloton Bluewater! When you don’t only go into a store to purchase but also to just have a chat…that’s proof of amazing customer service. I bought my tread from these guys and Lucy was a ray of sunshine, upbeat and answered all the silly questions we had. Her positive and genuine energy has us visiting the store every time we are shopping in Bluewater just for a chat. I recently visited the store as well for my bike fit and Nicole was a breath of fresh air….after a few uncomfortable rides I’m now super comfortable with the fit, hitting them PRs regularly - she was so helpful, courteous and service with a big smile! These guys really channel the core values of Peloton ❤️ a true asset to the community and sales teams! Thank you for all your help!!

   So excited to get our Peloton! We've been struggling to get our hands on one because we didn't have the space for it but we explained this to Nicola over in the Bluewater store, and she's been so amazing, she remembers everything we've been going through since wedding plans, honeymoon and our big house move. We went in, she was so welcoming, got us back up to speed and we made our order the following day! Nicola was great in taking us through the products, what was best for us, what suited our existing lifestyle (baby on the way!). She really was great to deal with when we made our purchase and I am sure we can go to her with any questions we might have! Thank you Nicola, thank you team Bluewater!!

   My wife and I had been thinking of a fitness bike for some time and after some research went to the Peloton store in Bluewater. Joshua Povey helped us out. He talked us through all the products available. He then ran through how we could make the most of Peloton bike. He was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all our questions explaining everything in detail. He clearly knew what he was talking about and helped us decide on what was best and wasn’t just trying to make a sale. This gave us a lot of confidence in making a purchase.

   Fantastic experience. The customer service I received from Nicola at the Bluewater store was just brilliant, she went above and beyond. I had originally bought the Peloton online, or so I thought, thanks to Nicola I discovered the transaction had not actually gone through. She helped process my order and I actually ended up with a package much better suited to my family. She answered all my questions about the original bike vs bike+ , the staff are not pushy or salesy, just incredibly helpful. We are delighted and I highly recommend a visit to the store rather than just purchasing online.
