Just had my Tetrad Jacaranda sofa delivered, absolutely love it also came in only 5 weeks. So happy with the easy process from start to finish will definitely be back to furnish rest of my flat.
Really pleased with the post-sale and delivery service. After a possible/probable delay in delivery, our furniture was delivered mid-afternoon. The delivery guys were excellent, we couldn’t have received better service. Once again, the decision to buy from J B McLean was a good one. Thanks.
Ordered sofas from JB McLean but due to an unexpected family situation unfortunately had to request to cancel the order and fully expected to lose the 20% deposit that was paid. The owners and staff were so understanding, contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and sorted things out. JB McLean refunded my deposit in full, didn’t deduct any costs etc that they may have incurred as it was a special order. I don’t think I would have received that level of service and understanding from a large national retailer, this family run business went above what they had to do in my opinion. I will definitely be going back to JB McLean in the future due to the level of service and detail at purchasing stage and how they dealt with the cancellation. Five star review is not high enough!
We purchased four sofa items this autumn and couldn't rate JB Mclean more highly. Fantastic shopping experience - at first glance we didn't expect the huge showroom at the back and loved the variety on show. No sales pressure but very helpful family members on hand. Come delivery, very easy to arrange and smooth on the day. We'll definitely return in future for other items!

An amazing range of furniture of various styles and prices. The showroom also has a wonderful selection of art prints and canvases. From the front it looks like a small showroom however inside its like a TARDIS and has multiple small and large room layouts.
Just ordered & had delivered a beautiful bedroom suite, great service & good communications from JB McLean start to finish. The delivery team built the furniture in my house, placed it where I wanted it & took all the packaging away. Courteous, tidy & great work, loved it well done A++++++
