   Atrocious service. Having booked an appointment online, I arrived to be told "oh, we don't check them - people just walk in." Salesman (? manager) then explained they were very busy & understaffed. He showed me to the 4 sofas I'd identified as "favourites", then went back to dealing with the couple he'd been talking to as I arrived. Once I'd tried the 4 sofas, I went to ask some more questions, but the salesman (?Ryan) was still with the other couple. Fine. Someone else then shouted "we were here first." I explained that I'd made an appointment & had previously spoken with the salesman. The couple he was with then started laughing at me for "having an appointment". I got up and approached to hear better, at which point the man got up to accost me, shouting & verbally abusing me. I started to walk away but he followed me, still shouting. I took out my phone to record/film him & he knocked it out of my hand. I called on Ryan to advise him I'd been assaulted but he just turned his back & walked away, so I picked up my phone from the floor and left. I shall never return to DFS. Anywhere. Ever. I went elsewhere (NCF, next door), bought a sofa & it was delivered & assembled 10 days later. Perfect. Ask for Kevin - he's a lovely & efficient salesman, very professional.

   Zara (apologies if I’ve spelt your name wrong) was absolutely wonderful! Made us feel at home and like we were shopping with a friend — made conversation and made us laugh. A very good saleswoman too, not pushy, informative and an all round great host. Thanks so much!!!

   Great store, fantastic selection and very clean. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. We found the right sofa for us after looking at 4 or 5 different options. We're very happy and appreciate all the time Caitlin took to go though our options and finalising the sale for us. We cant wait to have our new sofa in a few weeks. Thank you, again, Caitlin!

   First time visiting yesterday and was greeted by the lovely Zara. No hard sell, let me take all the time I wanted to look around. And when I found what I wanted, still no hard sell. Took me through all the options, and buying order chat. And now have a new sofa and armchair ordered and coming my way shortly. Can’t recommend these guys enough

   Edinburgh shop. Step 1: choose your sofa. Step 2: pay and put a nice review. Step 3: waiting around 3 months for your delivery. Step 4: if you're lucky, you get the sofa that you ordered. Enjoy it. Step 5: if you are unlucky, welcome to the hell customers service. They don't care at all about your problem, the store manager will speak with you through his assistant, cause get up from him chair (maybe dfs) and walking to you is to much. You don't deserve him attention, cause he already got your money. At the end: for me, it was the last time in this shop. My advice for you is: if you like to play the Russian roulette, just open the door and make your choice. Good luck.

   Stellar service from Ross, we purchased sofas 10 years ago and needed measurements, found our old order & got measurements for us, so we did not need to trek back home to measure up, talked us through all options and helped us every step of the way. Got us both drinks, super friendly all the staff we saw.

   Didn't get pounced on as I walked in door, which I appreciated. I was looking for a new sofa, chair etc. I found what I wanted and spoke to Jamie, who was just great. Explained everything too me, showed me all the different combinations I could choose and I ended up buying exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend using this store for all your furnishing needs.

   I love my sofa bed! I am really pleased with it. The salesman at Edinburgh was really helpful, friendly and informative. It's beautiful and comfortable, so comfy I keep falling asleep on it. It feels gorgeous in mustard velvet. DFS have a great range of colours available and it's clearly a strong robust product. It is pricey but it is quality. I had to wait 3 months for delivery approx. But it was worth it. Guys came in, put the legs on and were gone. Overall I am really happy.
