   This place is a treasure trove of bargains galore from books to house furniture & everything inbetween. I got 2 units for £40 & even got a fireplace unit for free too. Bonus. Great staff too. Special mention to Kerry for all your help & you're people skills are next level. I'd give extra stars i could. I'd 10000000% recommend giving this place a visit.

   Great big thank you to Sean and Dave who delivered a sofa to my friend today. They spent so much time trying to get item into her living room. After trying to remove sofa legs then removing and replacing a door they finally managed to get it into living room. Very much above and beyond their job. Both very polite, pleasant and very helpful.    Furniture plus, use to be an excellent place to buy reasonably priced furniture. Wow, has that changed. The prices on sofas to beds, to wardrobes to tables. You have got awfully greedy in what you charge for your larger items. No one expects you to give the items away for free. But please be realistic , the country is in a recession. These goods are given to you to help people who haven’t got the money or fell on hard times. Bring a charity status you also get assistance from government, donations from individuals to the national lottery. Please be a dedicated charity who generally assist clients that are desperate for your help. STOP THE GREED AND HELP THE NEED, lower your prices.

   Complete waste of time. I emailed set up pickup photographed in email with fire certificates. Driver calls on the day to verify items and didn't lift the items and didn't inform me. I got back to the property two days later, to find everything in situ. I called and person said they'd get back to me but claimed perhaps sun damaged sofa.. the fabric is different and the house gets little direct sun .

   Have been going to furniture plus with my mum for years and have found many bargains in that time. Always lots of good things in. The best thing about the shop is the staff, especially Stephanie who goes above and beyond to help. She is always happy and friendly and a credit to the store.

   Absolutely waste of time visiting. Shockingly overpriced on everything. For example an old picture painting priced at £250. Are they crazy. It is a print and really bad certainly not an old master. Who is doing the original they should be shot. Staff customer service rated a nil. rude and unwelcoming. Ignored customers when l was in. An old second hand mattress at £180 also shocked me. In this day and age they don't understand their market. Why not sell check get items moved and make money for charity. This us not a unique or antique furniture store it's a SECONDHAND shop. With basic furniture and lots NO one will ever want too old fashioned. Get better staff and price items more realistically. Rather than folk walking out purchasing nothing. Really 0 out of 5.
